COVERAGE:
Mechanical couplings used to axially join pipes and fittings in nonpressure drain, waste and vent (DWV) and sewer systems inside and outside of buildings, above ground and buried underground. Products covered include couplings used primarily to join pipes and/or fittings of the same material, and couplings used primarily in material and/or size transitions.
Also includes bellow type expansion joints used in above ground vertical installations inside or outside buildings. The expansion joints may be used to connect pipes of the same or different materials.
